That's right - you can now boil a billy while cooking pizzas, or grilling a steak over flames. Height adjustable oven shelf + grill. Flat pack, easy to assemble, made with brushed 5mm Aluminium, with a 4mm steel fire plate.
This kit weighs in at a conservative 13.5kg and packs away with ease into a heavy duty waxed canvas rPET carry bag.
Strong, sturdy, and a bit of a show off if we are honest. Complete with 1x standard SS grill, 1x oven tray and carry bag.
Steel fire base plate stands 23cm above ground for compliance in most Australian National Parks (always check fire rules in the state/territory in which you are camping).
**Please note as of June 2026 the original small alloy grill plate has been replaced by a standard stainless steel grill to improve durability. Some images of the FPO used in ads may still feature the original alloy grill plate. Please reach out with questions prior to purchase if necessary.
NOTE:
- Always use fireproof gloves when handling the Firepit Oven.
- The grill plate is designed to be used over coals and flame but not left directly in contact with flames for an extended period of time.
- The oven tray is designed for use in the oven only.
- Waxed canvas features a patina resembling the appearance of aged leather with unique marks and scratches that develop as it is used. These are not imperfections, but features of the fabric.

How to care for Firepit Oven
- Completely empty of coals and ash + give a nice brush down or wipe over before packing away
- Remove any stuck on food from oven and grill trays with a scourer or wash in warm soapy water if needed
- The 4mm steel fire plate will rust with exposure, so oil it after each use to prevent rust
- If you have been in salt air or water, give it a fresh water rinse as soon as you can.
- Do not pack away hot
- Always pack away clean and dry into the purpose designed carry bag
